Through Resolution No. 328.CP.2026, approved by the Polytechnic Council during its ordinary session held on May 12, 2026, the Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo (ESPOCH) issued the Regulation for the Management and Administration of External Funds for the Execution of Research, Innovation, and Community Engagement Projects.
This regulation establishes the procedures for the administration and control of resources obtained from external funding sources, strengthening the implementation of institutional projects under the principles of transparency, efficiency, and accountability.
With the approval of this regulation, ESPOCH promotes the attraction of external funding and reinforces the development of research, innovation, and community engagement activities, contributing to the achievement of its strategic objectives and to the sustainable development of the country.
